Muesli - a go go breakfast











Gently toast - dried coconut, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds 

Chop - cranberries, sultanas, dried apricots, toasted hazelnuts

Mix

Add - jumbo oats, oat bran, fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk

Eat and go go go.
